Extended Care

In order to keep all students safe while on campus, students must be supervised and cared for at all times.  This is especially important before the official school day begins at 7:45 a.m. and after the school day ends at 3:00 p.m.  

Students reporting to school between 7:00 a.m. and 7:42 a.m. are required to sign in at morning care. There is $6 charge per day for morning care services.

Students who are not picked up by 3:15 p.m. are directed to extended care to be signed in. Parents and/or approved designees (listed on the emergency form) must pick up their child from the Extended Care Room.  Extended care employees may ask for identification before releasing a student to an adult unknown to the staff.  Pick up designees must be at least 18 years of age and listed by the child’s parents on the emergency form. The charge for after school extended care is $6.00 per hour.

On days that St. Theresa students are dismissed early (minimum days), we provide extended care supervision for students remaining on campus after 12:00 p.m. The charge for after school extended care is $6.00 per hour.  When children stay in extended care on minimum days, please send them with lunch, snacks and water.

Dates for 2023- 2024 when extended care services will not be provided:
