State Standards
The Diocese of San Bernardino Curriculum Benchmarks in English, reading, math and science are aligned to the California Learning Standards, Common Core State Standards, and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). The religion standards are designed to promote our Catholic identity and faith in the lives of our students with an emphasis on our sacraments, Christian living, scripture, liturgy, prayer and history of the Catholic Church, parish life and vocation. These Curriculum Benchmarks are rigorous standards used by our teachers at St. Theresa Catholic School to align curriculum, instruction, and assessments in order to prepare our students as 21st-century learners.
