Tuition and Enrollment Requirements

2024-2025 Academic Year

Online Registration - www.stsps.org 


PRESCHOOL 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

  • 2 days $4,680 per school year
  • 3 days $5,770 per school year
  • 4 days $6,240 per school year
  • 5 days $6,760 per school year

Registration fee: $375 per child to be paid directly to St. Theresa Catholic School (Registration fee is non-refundable).  Registration fee must be paid before the first day of school.


  • Complete online enrollment via our website - www.stsps.org (enroll a new student or re-enroll an existing student). 
    • Complete required Preschool paperwork (available at the Preschool for Preschool students)
    • Complete the Tuition Agreement paperwork available online or in the main school office.

KINDERGARTEN - 8TH GRADE:  Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024.  Students entering 1st grade must be 6 years old on or before September 1, 2024. 


  • 1st child $6,550.00 per year
  • 2nd child $5,550.00 per year
  • 3rd child $4,150.00 per year

Documents required for Enrollment:

  • Birth Certificate  (we will make a copy)
  • Baptismal certificate  (if applicable)
  • Immunization record (we will make a copy)
  • Copy of the most recent grades and a copy of standardized test scores
  • Home Language Survey (available in the school office)
  • All enrollment forms (Tuition Contract) completed and signed by the parent/guardian

      with registration fee (non-refundable).


Registration fee: $375 per child to be paid directly to St. Theresa Catholic School (Registration fee is non-refundable).  Registration fee must be paid before the first day of school.


The Registration fee covers $165.00 - Facility Fund, Diocesan Assessment; $80.00 student insurance; Student information system $20.00 and Property Insurance $110.00. 

Mandatory Instructional /Technology fee: $300.00 per family.  It may be paid in full or divided over ten months and applied to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account.  The technology fees include the rental of the Chromebook, virtual curricular platforms, and other technological expenses.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

  • Tuition            $8,320.00

Documents required for Enrollment:

  • Copy of current passport (we will make a copy)
  • Completed I-20
  • Immunization record
  • Student hand-written letter
  • Parent (Guardian) confirmation letter
  • Copy of parent’s bank statement


CHILD CARE

Before School Care: Available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. at $6.00 per child daily (K-8 only).

Extended Care: Available from 3:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. at $6.00 per hour (K-8), per child. Billed in 15-minute increments.  Late Pickup charge for Extended Care is $2.00 per minute starting at 5:31 p.m.   Preschool extended care is available from 3:31 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at $6 per hour per child.  Late fees apply at 5:31 p.m.



TUITION ASSISTANCE: (1) Second and third-child discounts are considered tuition assistance. (2) Apply for Tuition assistance at Blackbaud Financial Aid Management (https://studentfinancialaid.blackbaud.school/#!/login). There is a $35.00 fee charged for processing.  All required documentation MUST be sent to BLACKBAUD for your application to be processed.  The application window for applying for tuition assistance begins on March 1st, 2024, and closes for current families on May 31st, 2024.  No tuition assistance will be awarded without the required documentation submitted to BLACKBAUD for review and processing.  The Parish Finance Council will determine tuition assistance grants no later than June 30th, 2024.  Once notified of your grant, parent(s) MUST sign and return the required paperwork outlining the stipulation with a signed Tuition Agreement and registration fee.  Funds for Tuition Assistance are limited.
