Sibling Tuition Assistance:  No action is required to receive the sibling discount.

 

Tuition Assistance Programs: Families can apply to the school's tuition assistance program in addition to the Bishop's scholarship listed below. It is highly recommended that families begin collecting the tax information required by both programs.  The programs that are offered do have cut-off dates that are adhered to by each of the following programs:

 

Bishop’s Scholarship:  Funding for this program is provided through the Annual Bishop’s Golf Tournament.  All 25 Catholic Schools in the Diocese have families that apply for the awards. Awards range from $500.00 to as high as $1,000.  A diocesan committee does determination of awards and awardees. The awards are announced in April. Bishop’s Scholarship applications will be available on or near December 1, 2023.  All applications and supporting documentation MUST be received in the school office no later than February 9, 2024. There are no exceptions to this deadline.

 

St. Theresa Catholic School Tuition Assistance Program: Any family wishing to be considered for tuition assistance must register using the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management website. Families needing assistance should first contact the school office.  There is a $35.00 processing fee that is payable to Blackbaud Financial Aid Management. The application window for the 2024-2025 school year begins February 15, 2024.  In order to complete your Blackbaud Financial Aid Management application, you will need to have your tax information available.  All current St. Theresa Catholic School families must have their Blackbaud Financial Aid Management application completed no later than May 31, 2024.

 

Tuition assistance will not be awarded without the required documentation submitted to Blackbaud Financial Aid Management.  Once your application is processed and received by St. Theresa Catholic School, the final step in the process is submitting your application to the Parish Finance Council to determine your grant.  You will receive a letter with the assigned award amount for the 2024 - 2025 school year no later than June 30, 2024. If you accept the award, parent(s) MUST sign and return the required paperwork outlining the grant stipulation along with a signed Tuition Agreement and registration fee.  Funds for Tuition Assistance are limited.
